Pricing

Pricing for our services is based on scope of each client project and cost will be given upfront before any work begins. Pricing is the agreed upon hourly or flat rate, along with any expenses incurred in relation to your project(s). The balance is due in full by the due date indicated on each invoice. Overdue balances are subject to a 2% interest rate compiled monthly.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be granted for work that has been approved to begin, or that has been completed. Down payments are non-refundable. Cancellations in full or in part will be dealt with at the sole discretion of Lux Media Design and according to the terms outlined in our contract.

 

Privacy

Lux Media Design may use your contact information to send you occasional newsletters and company updates, which you may unsubscribe from by using the link provided in said emails. No personal details collected during our payment transactions will be knowingly and/or unnecessarily disclosed to any third parties by Lux Media Design for any purpose other than to complete the payment transactions successfully. Your use of third-party payment services is an acknowledgement of their privacy policy and the risks associated with online payment options—Lux Media Design is not responsible for any breaches of security associated with these transactions.
